Project Statement
EGAT'S Employee dormitory project has an intention to make the greenest space for make the trail. Therefore the footprint of the buildings will be as less as possible. This project is located in Phuket where has a hilly topography and high slope, with panoramic views of the mountain and sea. Then I was concerned about the requirements of the employees to have good health.
So design a trail for hiking, running, walking, and recreation area for employees also local people around that area can going out, exercise, and have a new community.

Project Goal
EGAT's Employee Dormitory project aims to create a sustainable living environment by minimizing building footprints and maximizing green space. This plan incorporates a multi-use trail system designed for the well-being of employees and the surrounding community.
Location
The project is situated in Phuket, Thailand, a region known for its hilly terrain and breathtaking panoramic views of mountains and the sea. This unique topography presents an opportunity to design a trail that integrates with the natural landscape.
Trail Design Considerations
Accessibility: The trail system should cater to different user abilities by offering sections for:
Hiking: More challenging paths with steeper inclines for experienced hikers.
Running: Well-maintained, moderate-difficulty paths for runners.
Walking: Flat or gentle slopes suitable for families, casual walkers, and those with limited mobility.
Safety: The trail should be well-maintained with clear signage, proper drainage, and emergency call boxes strategically placed.
Sustainability: Utilize natural materials for trail construction when possible and prioritize native plant landscaping to minimize maintenance and promote biodiversity.
Community Integration: Designate specific areas for recreation, such as picnic spots, fitness stations, or community gardens, to encourage interaction between employees and local residents.
